It’s been another busy month across the 4Facilities team, with new contracts, renewals and projects covering heating, cooling, refrigeration and water systems.
Gildredge House School – New Contract

We’re delighted to welcome Gildredge House School to our growing portfolio of education clients.
Following a competitive tender process, 4Facilities has been appointed to maintain a wide range of mechanical services across the school, including the main boiler plant, commercial kitchen gas equipment, science blocks and high-level radiant heating.
We’re looking forward to working with the team and supporting the school over the years ahead.
University of Sussex – Continuing Partnership
Our long-standing relationship with the University of Sussex continues, with 4Facilities trusted to maintain ACR plant across the campus.
A big credit to our engineers and service team who continue to deliver the standards expected across such a large and varied estate, without ever becoming complacent about the service we provide.

Maybank, London – Contract Renewal
Another valued client continuing with 4Facilities.
We’re pleased to have renewed our maintenance contract with Maybank in London, covering HVAC plant, refrigerant leak detection and fire suppression systems.
We look forward to continuing to support their team over the coming year.

Handcross – Hot & Cold Water System Upgrade
A significant upgrade to replace the existing stored cold-water arrangement with a new pressurised mains-fed system, alongside two new 300-litre Megaflo hot water cylinders.
The project will modernise the school’s hot and cold-water infrastructure, improve efficiency and help reduce the risks associated with stored cold water.

Parchment Trust – Air Conditioning

Two new split air conditioning systems installed to serve office areas, improving comfort and temperature control for staff.
Applied Kilovolts – Production
Three new air conditioning systems installed within production areas, providing additional cooling where reliable temperature control is essential.

Royal Pavilion – Heating Compliance

Our heating team has been carrying out compliance works and upgrades to boiler and heating systems at Brighton’s iconic Royal Pavilion.
A slightly different backdrop to the average plant room!
Bridge Medical Centre – Refrigerant Leak Detection

Our ACR team attended Bridge Medical Centre to carry out repairs to the site’s refrigerant leak detection equipment, helping ensure the system remains safe, operational and compliant.

Sector Focus:
Schools, Care Homes & Critical Environments

A significant part of our work is in environments where disruption and downtime are not an option, including private schools, academies, universities, care homes, healthcare settings and busy hospitality venues.
Because we understand term times, exam periods, safeguarding requirements and resident needs, we plan maintenance and projects around how your buildings actually operate day-to-day. That means:
- Scheduling intrusive works outside teaching hours or term time wherever possible
- Prioritising stable temperatures and resilience in care and healthcare settings, with appropriate response times and backup where needed
Our directly employed engineers get to know the sites they look after, helping to build the long-term relationships and consistency that many of our clients value.
