Following their expansion into a newly converted cellar space, Be-Dog Grooming asked 4Facilities to help increase capacity, comfort, and climate control across the building.
We installed a new Daikin A++ wall-mounted system, providing heating, cooling, and dehumidification to the new area, along with intelligent energy-saving control via the Daikin I-See Sensor.
We relocated the existing LG condensing unit to an external position, extending refrigerant pipework and recommissioning the system to restore heating and cooling to the ground floor grooming area.
Alongside this, we installed a new Daikin A++ external condenser to serve the cellar system, complete with new interconnecting pipework, electrics and gravity condensate.
Both systems were then fully tested, commissioned and handed over — providing efficient climate control throughout the building.
